Je faisais la ligue Pokémon de la region Kanto, j’ai battu le conseil des 4 il ne me restait plus que le maître de la ligue jusqu’a que le jeu crash et me ramène au centre Pokemon.

J’ai utilisé des rappels et des potions Max pour rien au final ... que je dois-je faire ?

I'm sorry for this inconvenience and sorry for the late answer.

Unfortunately we can not refund any lost items, caught Pokémon and general game progress in case of a server crash.

 

Lost by crash issues, disconnections and rollback

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose some of your progress Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. you will not be given anything you lost in rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, further action can not be taken for it.

 

Once again, we are sorry for this issue but there is really nothing we can do about it. Our dev's are always working to improve the serer stability.
