Also i think that is wrong ability for Jolteon it will be quick feet instead of volt absorb if I am not mistaken?

Well this can be a pretty nice Espeon, wich need Magic Bounce, wich is HA.

I sadly cant value your eevee corectly since I'm from silver sever.

 

I know some Veteran PVPers would tell you it need 31 Speed.

But I myself would buy it from you if it was Hidden Power Fire. =3

I would go up 2-3M myself. Dont take this as a Price Check. This is simply a price I would agree to put on it.

But as I said, I'm on Silver server, so I cant buy it. =c

Awesome eevee, it would be a waste to make it a jolteon, it is very very good for an espeon...

PVP players prefer 31 speed over more overall stats but it still has a high value

IMO it is worth 2m at least, if nobody wants to pay 2m+ for it i advice you to keep it considering how unlikely it is to find such a good one like this

(it is a lot more easy to farm 2m than to find an eevee like this)

Flareon = Usually Adamant - Non HA, but there is also a well known HA set (Idk if Jolly is playable in the PRO Meta)

Vaporeon = Bold - Non HA

Espeon = Timid - HA

Umbreon = Impish, Carefull - Non HA (Can be bold or calm cos he mainly uses Foul Play, wich does not require Attack)

Glaceon = Modest (Dont know the ability)

Leafeon = Jolly - HA

Sylveon = Modest/Bold - HA

 

As you can see, the two only wich require Timid are Jolteon and Espeon.

For the price, I dont know how work the economy in Gold, but for those kind of rare Pokemon, I usually put the full price even untrained.

This is not like an untrained Gastly wich can be lowered cos everybody have one and it is lower tier.

Eevee is tier 9, and your have 25+ in each IVs.

 

It could be a good idea to get others answers to better know what to do. ^^

I would sell it full price myself. =3
