I won't demond to change some old NPCs

it is understandable that would increase the workload

but sadly all new NPCs in the previous event are still Expire Time Based

we are not free all day

we are not all students

delaying 1 hour may make us miss that daily event for whole day at all

They probably still have it in mind, they just have a lot of priorities which are more important (such as the new regions and stuff that Red announced and some of it is being worked on right now). Do not worry, they don't forget! :)
