Hi, I've talked with the user in Discord DMs (he is Spanish), and clarified info:

 

Whenever he tries to fight a wild Pokemon in MT Moon or a Trainer, his game automatically disconnects and goes back to the Login Screen. However, he also says he can fight trainers in Route 2 just fine, which is something I don't exactly understand. His client does not crash, it simply logs out. I'll edit this if he gives more info.

 

Edit: Bug does not happen in Route 3 either. Only in MT moon. Neither in route 22 or route 1.
