Hello!

 

I made an account here back in 2017 and bought several stuff from the store and played up to a certain point then stopped

 

I came back today and saw about the server merge and the need to reset the password

 

I merged the server stuffs in the dashboard ( it said once done, it can't be reversed ) and then when trying to login into Silver server, it didn't work, it would only let me log into Gold even though I had been on Blue/Red in 2017.

 

I asked around in Discord about it and was told to reset the password again, which I did, so I was able to log in into Silver

 

However, all my items are gone and I am back to square one xD

 

When asking for the next steps, the people on Discord told me to make a thread in this section on the forums about the issue, so I guess that means it's not normal;

Hello KelvenaSkyewind,

 

I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

 

We have re-checked your case and we could find out that you actually have 2 accounts associated to your email, so you are probably confusing your account named "KelvenaSkye" with this account you made this thread.

If that was the case, if you haven't please download the latest PRO client from here, then please log into your DASHBOARD and proceed to merge your account selecting your main server: Blue.

Also please read the SERVER MERGE FAQ and GENERAL MERGE FAQ for questions you may have and if you have any issue while doing your merge.

 

After you've done so I also suggest you that in your DASHBOARD you change the email from your main account in order to be able to change the password as it might happen errors due to being linked to two accounts the email and it might be required if you get the Invalid Password after your merge.

 

Please let me know if this could solve your issue.

Oh wow, I didn't know it was possible to have 2 accounts associated to the same email! Looks like when I subscribed in 2017, I didn't go and play and then the username was taken, so I made another account with KelvenaSkye lol thank you so much, I merged with that account and logged in and all my stuff was there =)
