I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that, as it has been stated above, since Greninja learn Dark Pulse through TM, you should be able to teach it by interacting with the TM Tutor in Ecruteak City.

Could you please try it and let me know if you have been able to fix it?
