I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to assure as first that none of your item has been lost. When you start the Heatran Quest, all your Master Ball and Rare Candies gets taken from NPC Buck.

In order to get them back, you have to finish the Heatran Quest. In specific, you will be able to get back your rare candies and master ball, by talking with buck, only after you will have defeated the Heatran level 99.

If you are interested, the amount of item taken is x1 Rare Candies and 2x Master Ball.

 

Unfortunately we cannot move those items back to you as the quest is intended to work like that, i hope you can understand.

Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that we are not able to move the Masterball from the NPC back to your inventory as this would be unfair to all the other player that had to complete the quest in order to obtain back their rare candies and master balls.

Also, the quest has been intentionally developed in this way in order to make it harder to be completed, and giving you back those items would go as well against the reason of why the quest has been developed in that way.

 

I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your quest.
