Im doing a pvp but in last battle i use venusaur skill sludge boom with sun and him use heracross with facade but he first atk me, why my venusaur lose his speed acctually my venusaur in sun weather

 

I forget his name but maybe u can check in my last battle

    Is he is jolly scarf, you need 222 speed to be sure to outpace him in weather.

     

    If he is quick claw, then he was lucky.

     

    If he baton passed speed, then you'll need 222 if he passed one stage, and you'll most probably be slower if he passed two stages of speed.

     

    Also, maybe you had sticky web on your side.

    It was a Jolly Guts Heracross with Flameorb, the Speed IVs were 27.

    Are you sure sun was up during the move?
