Did you check if its holding an everstone ?

If its not then you should pass that to the bugreport section i think

Yeah it is not holding anything i have done it lvl 37 already

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

It seems like there was an error on or end that was blocking pokemon from evolving. However, the issue should now be solved.

In case you should still experience that, just restart your client and re-try and it should work. There were few changes in order to stop the game to spam the evolution message at each level up, however the system seems like was not working properly.
