resolved Can not login because of "password expired" message

Hello,

my friend needs help. He can not login to his Account. If he wants to reset his password he get the message "password expired".

Also he tried the process with 4 different browser but the problem is the same.

I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

If possible, can your friend take a screen shot of the error message? Generally, he should try it again today. Keep in mind that he should click on the reset link on the e mail in a time frame under 1 hour when he click on the reset button. Otherwise the token will expire.

 

Let me know any news regarding this issue.
