In that case i would listen to nezuko when he says that your account doesnt exist. You could try to get him to contact you in dms but do ask him first

i wanna know what happened to my acc, so much effort and money was involved and i cant just gladly accept that it was deleted.

    After accurately checking our database and in all of our backups we were not able to find your account. As we could not find it, unfortunately we are not able to restore it.

    This probably was cause during the wipe of Red Server. I hope you understand it and sorry for disappoint you.
