Hi. Im trying something about 2 hours to connect. When im in game i cant see another players and empty poke slots. Then all appear to be good ant 20 secs later...connection lost. Maybe until now 60 times. I want to ask if something with servers or with my internet? I have WiFi 54 Mbps. Youtube and all others sites top!!! Ill try to reinstall but the same problem. Im using Android. Cellphone restart 5 times. Idk.

Due to the server provider Issue where certain ISPs are having trouble connecting. You will need to use a VPN https://windscribe.com/ to find a way around the obstacle.

Also if you're an Android user, you can find a way around this issue by using Mobile Data, That is if you have enough of course. PRO doesn't use much Data anyways so it would be ok.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

The servers were experiencing issues due to technical difficulties of our server provider. However, the issue has now been solved and the server are correctly online.
