Where some ISPs cannot connect, you must connect to a VPN to overcome this issue https://windscribe.com/ Also regarding the compensations, that isn't my place to answer. However do give staff time as the issue isn't actually their fault, Rather the providers issue. The servers were experiencing issues due to technical difficulties of our server provider. However, the issue has now been solved and the server are correctly online. As the issue has been solved, I will now close this thread.
