Waleed1301 Posted July 6, 2019 Share Posted July 6, 2019 It actually isn't a bug, the Pokemon can learn the move Via TM. However that NPC is a TM tutor these are 2 diffrent things. You need the actual TM work up to teach Hawlucha the Move. I do not think the TM is ingame yet but do give the Staff time to add them all in.
