Rayondeclaire Posted July 22, 2019 Share Posted July 22, 2019 Hello, I have been locked out of my account for about 3 days now because of the 'User already logged in' error. I have already consulted a discord mod to which they said I would have to wait until either a server reboot/refresh OR maintenance. Since I have no idea when any of these things will happen, I would very much appreciate it if a dev/admin could log me out from server side so I may resume my game with my husband.. He is already in johto and I am stuck in kanto because of this bug lol.. (I am not looking for pity xD) I have been waiting for the server to crash again as that prompts a server reboot but to my knowledge there hasn't been one in the past few days and I am still locked out of my account. I have tried repeated attempts to login, even spammed the login button over and over hoping for a gap that would let me bypass the loop. Also I already know that I am not supposed to talk about server maintenance etc, I am not looking for a date when maintenance or a reboot will be initiated (I know that the devs are already working on the existing bug that HAS been making silver crash off and on for the past week or so) what I AM looking for is a dev/admin who could let me know if my request is even possible.. I logged onto silver and it was coming up that you were on, I kicked you from the server but it was still saying you were on. I went to your location yet couldn't see you there but all other indicators were saying you were online. To be honest I have never seen something like this before. I am baffled at how you could still be logged in. If kicking me didn't solve the problem then the only thing I could think of is the fact that I use a vpn on my electronic devices. (except for my tablet which never leaves the house.) .. I have used all three (computer, phone and tablet) to login and play on my account before this problem happened. If I turn off my vpn could that help? It's a shame this happened to you while we've had a good run with stable servers.
