The following rules need to be clarified/removed.

 

3. I reserve the right to adjust start and instant price for this bid.

4. I reserve the right to cancel this auction if a deal is made through the game

 

Number 3 is just a clarification that if you do change the instant price you will have to announce here that it has been changed. "Insta Price shall be announced in public. Insta Price is not negotiable, by possible bidders. Breaking those principles, will lead any insta price/insta bid to be voided." Other than just to clarify that rule is quite fine.

 

Number 4 is not allowed upon the start of your action no matter the case "Auctions cannot be cancelled once started.(Starting Price was met or starting point time is on.)"

 

So if you would please remove Rule number 4 and just keep in mind what I said for Rule number 3 I would greatly appreciate it.
