Don't change it in your settings. The websitre link https://pokemonrevolution.net/forgot-password is the best one to use to change your password. It is more than likely the @ that is causing you the problems. Please change your password again using just a to z and 0 to 9 and let me know if it doesn't work.

Please do not contact staff for private support, post your question in the appropirate subforum as others may have the same problem and could benfit from the answer as well.
