can some gm help me, I have my pokeball blocked because I entered the pink island and had not finished the quest for bug at the time and is still with this error.

My account has been having problems with the Pink Island mission since the first time the event was opened. This week I tried to go back there my pokeball was locked.

I wanted help for me to finish the mission. because I defeat the boss and the pokemon that was for me talks to him does not appear behind the boss. My account is now stuck. I'll send a picture of how I'm doing.

I apologize for this inconvenient bug you have encountered. I also apologize for the delayed response, I have consulted with our amazing Content Scripting team to solve the issue. They were able to move the Rhyhorn just behind the green haired Rocket Grunt.

 

Please let me know if this allows you to continue the quest and frees your character.
