I would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

 

We have made some check in order to get more information about your specific case and I think i have found the answer to your issue, and I will now explain it to you.

It seems like the 2 September 2019 you have bought from the shop a Small MS Medallion (15 days membership) and that was the only one bought from the shop or that you obtained in any way recently.

 

After checking your inventory, it seems like you still have that Small MS Medallion into your inventory. In fact, the real MS that you have activated is a Mini MS Medalion (3days one) and not the Small MS Medallion(15 days one). Our tools says in fact that the membership expired the 9th September, and you says you activated it the 6th, which is 3 days and therefore the exact duration of the Mini MS Medallion.

 

I can assure you that the maintenance cannot delete any membership if active. Also, considering that you didn't receive any small ms medallion through the trades and that the only one bought from the shop is still into your inventory, we are 100% sure that you activated the mini one.

Ow i activate the wrong MS, i thought that i had activated this 15 days membership.... sorry for the incovenience and thanks to the explanation.

 

There was absolutely no inconvenience. As long as you, and any other player, will have any question or concern, we will be more than happy to answer and help everyone.

We are humans and doing mistakes happen, don't worry about it.
