If you tried it all, the only solution is flahing another ROM, each device is different from each other and I don't own yours. So you'll need to investigate :S

Here is my issue.

My phone is Samsung Galaxy J (Docomo) - Model SC-02F

In first, with 4.4 , it stuck in loading hats... or "unfortunately , it stopped"

With 5.0, after i flashed this ROM, it still stuck in loading hats,hats..

 

Could you please give me some advices?

"a ROM that allows more than 512Mb to be allocated in RAM" you memtioned before
