So I have beat the Hearthome Gym, so I was told to go to the library in Canalave City. But them I got holded in that cave in Route 204 because you need Rock Smash to pass, and I don't have the TM neither a poke with it. I asked in chat and they told me that I can get the Rock Smash TM in Oreburgh CIty. but I can only reach there by the same route 204 or with Rock Climb, but the game still don't let me use Rock Climb yet.

So I'm literally stuck and can't continue in sinnoh. What should I do?

I am sorry that you got stuck like this. I have had a player mail you a TM for Rock Smash, so feel free to use that to progress in the story.

You can retreive mail sent to you by interacting with a Mailbox with an Orange tag above it, just like the picture below. Any city will have one of these, usually by the Pokemon Center or PokeMart.
