log in problem

i just downloaded and registered the game

but when i run the game it shows cannot connect to host

then a new screen appears saying to type my user name

and pass word i typed and i say login silver and login gold

i clicked on both and said cannot connect to server

i am pretty sure i typed the correct password

pls solve this
