Just to be clear, you've gotten an easter togekiss mount, and you're saying it's not in your inventory anymore? Have you tried searching for "Togekiss" in the search bar of your inventory, or go through the customizations tab:

Hi Khanglop6a4, I see that you had 4 togekiss mounts on your ShadowAdmin account. I've looked through our tools and cannot see them in trade logs but that they are indeed missing. I will speak to other staff and see if there is anything we can do for you, please be patient in the mean time and I will reply here once I've got a reply.

Please do not contact staff for private support, post your question in the appropirate subforum as others may have the same problem and could benfit from the answer as well.
