This is a reward for players who have previously accquired Darkrai from the Halloween 2017 event. It is currently not available to players who have recently captured Darkrai. Sorry about that. :PiplupCry:

Hello @SirSmokealots .

 

As mentioned by Waleed1301, you would have needed to have already captured Darkrai in the previous Halloween Event in 2017 to obtain the Pumpkin Form of Darkrai.

 

If you did indeed catch Darkrai during the 2017 Halloween Event, then you can talk to the NPC named Spirit-weaver Ariadne in Necropolis, shown in the screenshot below. Otherwise, the Pumpkin Form is not obtainable for other users currently.
