We screenshare on discord and I explain you the needed reflection and strategies while you're winning the games till we achieve our goal Why new players should take the coaching: I always recommend to first start learning the way to play well with a team that has shown its strength, copy a top players team and learn to play with it. U will be able to feel the improvement the team needs later. Once uve understood the game at its best u will know how to create teams urself. But learning to play with a bad team will neither make u understand why it is bad, neither make u understand how to play well. Why experienced players should take the little push: being between 200 & 350rating but not reaching ladder? Help me push you to 430-480 for a safe ladder spot and get the 3million worth rewards + access to tutor heaven + access to tournament where the winners rewards can reach till pokes worth 10-20million pokedollars. U will also have bigger chances to get ladder by urself on the next seasons. My service cost u half the reward of ur first season... So i dont see how ur students will improve as players .Also it isnt too fair for other guys that actually try and manage to get ladder by themselves . I am same as you not willing to sound bad or disrespectful to anyone :) People who have a passive playstyle give their opponent space for many moves... which results in a higher number of hits & freezes & critical hits & sleeps. About copying peoples team I think it is a faster way to learn for sure. U learn mechanics with a team that has proven itself. Its harder to learn 1. the mechanics 2. create a balanced team , these at the same time. So I advice people to learn mechanics first then start experiment with pokes & teams once they now better about pvp. To respond at ur last comment I have to say that myself was also coached by some players and im sure many people learned by asking advice like in all things in life.
