I am new to this game this is my first pokemon game I play so what is this worth? if its even good.

Its IVS and Ability are really good, but it has a few issues:

 

Its speed Ivs could be higher. This is a tier 1 pokemon, which means it can be hunt incredibly easily and you can get lucky quickly and find one whose ivs are all 20+. Aside from that, in Oddish, you want to have a modest/timid nature. Hardy is a neutral nature that boosts no stats, so it does not benefit him it in any way (however, it does not hurt it either). It's a really good pokemon for story though and you should definitely use it while you get through it. You got a good one to begin with, though! :)

 

I would only be able to sell it for like 5k for story, not more, sadly.

Alright I was one my first pokes that I caught and it seemed to have decent ivs I thought
