I have checked all the pokecenter and came tk conclusion that I was only able to insert CD in 2 pokecenters .. I have checked twice.. As i could see using our tools you need to visit the 15th pokecenter of Hoenn, Ever Grande City, that would be the last PC you have to insert the CD to finish this quest. I hope this have clarified your doubts.
