It's been a while since I played the game and I noticed some alolan pokemon here and there.

Where can I catch them?

There are outbreaks that sometimes spawn alolan pokemons all over the world. You can check where they spawn in the official discord in the outbreaks channel, as alolan forms don't have a fixed spawn right now.

    Additionally, along with what @Bhimoso said, the only Alolan-forms available all the time are Alolan Vulpix and Grimer available from Boss Medusa and Eldir, also Grimer from boss Terminator.
