Indeed to merge an account from Red or Blue Server to Silver Server you need to do it through the DASHBOARD. If you have doubts about how to make the merge please have a look to our guide HOW TO MERGE. Remember, sometimes when you merge an account from those servers your password gets un-synchronice and you need to reset the password through the option FORGOT PASSWORD.
