Just lost xmas Dratini due to disconnect

Hello guys. I just found an xmas dratini and when i hit it with false swipe i disconnected. Is there a way to get it or i have to keep looking for another? I dont know if disconnect was due to server or a problem with my internet. Appreciate you yaking thw time to read this in advance.

They have no way to recover that data, so you gotta hunt again unfortunately

Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are able to recover pokemon what already have an ID, that ID appears on our database after you catch the pokemon and pass 3-5 minutes or you relog.

So if while you was trying to catch this dratini that dratini has an ID 0 so that dratini doesnt appear in our database. This mean we arent able to recover your dratini once again sorry for the incovenience. i would like you see this quote:

If you think it wasnt a crash and was a net issue i would like say you some tips to make more stable your connection with our servers:

  • Call your internet provider to ask if their internet try to kick PRO.
  • Troubleshoot your Hardware.
  • Opt for a wired connection if you're using a wireless connection
  • Turn off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps.
  • Try a new DNS Server.

Do not hesitate in ask if you continue having doubts.
