According to this, Amarok7 should definitely have won it as after that offer of Raah that happened 2 mins before the end of auction as you have said, the auction was extended for 15 more mins, which means it was supposed to end at 6:21 pm. Meanwhile during that time, as we can see, Amarok7 bided at 6:15 pm which means the auction should have been extended for another 15 mins, up to 6:30 pm. As no one bided during that time, Amarok7 should have won

 

Thats a very important rule,the rule of 15 mins. Good to spread the knowledge.
