I used knock off against an azumarill and it says I knocked off a flame orb, but the azu has never been burn and looked like it was banded, the same happen to chansey when I see "choice scarf has been knocked off" when the opponent clearly used more than 2 moves.

I don't know if it has already been reported, and that's a small bug so not really important, except if you collect data from others pvp player

Yea its a bug that happens if that pokemon got tricked a different item in the last match from what I know.

I would like to inform you that it's indeed a bug and @Norex explained it right. The item from last game that got tricked onto the Pokemon will remain in the upcoming game.

It's just a visual bug though and developers are aware of it. Will most likely be fixed in the future PvP revamp.
