I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced and the delay.

Unfortunately, after an accurate check, we have noticed that you have made several trades on the Silver Server. Due to that, we are not able anymore to unmerge as accounts that made trades on the Silver Server are not eligible to receive an unmerge.

 

Anyway, just to be clear, the only thing that get reset if you fail to pick the correct server when merging is the story. This mean that, regardless of what server you choose, you will keep ALL your POKEMON and ALL your ITEMS (exception made if the total amount of pokemon surpass the 1000, where at that point you are forced to split your account, however as you were not forced to split it then it means that's not your case).
