I was playing the game, as i left the skypillar and wanted to exit the cave, this message keeps on appearing and i cant leave. Have tried restarting multiple times and the issue doesnt resolve, would like to get help pls

Try using an escape rope or challenge someome in battle and relog this should bring you to the last visited pokecenter
