Sorry, What does "on-hand" means?

Means you must had already in your bag.

Okay, then i have everything. the only thing I am missing is 75k. Probably is because i dont have the money then he doesnt want to sell it to me .. but still is confusing that he says "pro members only"

I've discussed this with you in-game, but I'll repeat myself anyway. You need 75k in addition to the good rod in order to get the Super Rod. It doesn't require membership and I've even checked your inventory to see if you have the good rod.

Solved. it was me beeing dumb...

 

I was simply speaking to the wrong person... i was speaking to the novice.

 

 

 

But you have to speak with the other npc over there.
