A little bit of background... I had not been to sinnoh in probably about one to two years on this account because I had just come back to the game. About 3-4 days ago, I went to sinnoh to do dig spots. One spot in Orebrugh Gate B1F and two spots on Mt. Coronet Summit were already “dug” when I got there. I decided to wait 3 more days and see what would happen. Fast forward to today, most of my sinnoh dig spots have respawned again. However, those same 3 dig patches are still “dug”. I think this is a bug, because those same patches are respawning in another account that I have dug with in Sinnoh.
