Yes, and when you buy a lvl 100 pokemon with fully trained stats you have to waste a lot of them. Berry functionality of leaving any investment set to 100 if its ev are over 100 is not implemented, so it is a waste. That's why i suggest this

there is a berry shop in goldenrod. if they made a npc it would have the same prices. whats the difference?

Difference is accesibility, "same function", diferent way, different location.

Sorry.. But we will stick with the EV reducing berries, just like in the original games. Making NPCs with exact same functions will be a waste and pointless. Therefore, I will close the topic.

From black2/white2 EV berries no longer reset the EVs to 100 after 1 berry.
