My game is currently frozen

Featured Replies

Hello, I was in the middle of rerolling my Tornadus-Therian when the game suddenly froze after I chose to use my reroll ticket. Instead of a window with the new IVs popping up, everything froze and I am now unable to see the "Yes" and "No" options. This issue happened to me before in PvP. I am able to send messages because my guildmates confirmed that they can read them. However, I am unable to see anyone's messages and the players around me have all disappeared. I am really scared of potentially losing my Tornadus-Therian, which already has good IVs, but I am not sure if I can possibly receive a refund for the reroll ticket that I used and probably lost. I did not log out yet because I thought that staying online might help. Is it possible to unfreeze my game or refund the reroll ticket? Otherwise, please let me know what I should do next. Thank you very much!

Update: I logged out after over 2 hours. The reroll ticket was, indeed, consumed in the process. Here is one more screenshot:
