Hi,

 

My SINNOH NPCS that would usually allow me to get to the last region are not there (not invisible, but non existing), I saw the guide online to visit every single area where they're located and make sure that I hadn't already done them and forgot about it, bit I visited each area twice and no sign of them, I was thinking the reason why this bug would happen and then I remembered that I first fought Symphonia in the Silver Server but then I transferred my account to the Gold one.

 

If this is a bug please fix it, and allow me to continue my story mode.

Since the quest got changed, all previous quest progress from all players who had yet not accessed Sinnoh nor completed the quest was removed. You now have to start from the new one. You can check a guide here:
