I'm looking for some Tier 0 EV zones that are available most of the time (if not always) where all spawns in a certain area provide a single EV: For now I know: Day/Morning Route 6 surf = SPATK EV zone. All day Diglett Cave 1 = SPEED EV zone. Tohjo Falls Surf = ATK zone.
