this isnt mandatory, but it would look a lot better if certain pokemon like dragonite were made bigger like charizard and tyranitar are

they are going through resizing them atm, I think they keep on stealth updating the follower sprites

I think that they are actually working on it.

Not long ago, bigger Gengar, Tyranitar, Chancey and others have been added to the game.

Same with the Landorus legends trio.

Hopefully more are to comes, but we of course wont have all the ''700'' bigger sprites all in the same update.

i hope it is based on the size of the pokemon per pokedex, divided into small medium and large. so that it would make sense seeing a large gyarados and a small caterpie...

This is a game only but having a big caterpie does not have basis. Probably, it would be on an event for the sake of fun only.
