One sentence just on the Team/Guild creation window would be enough to explain it to everybody e.g. ''Create a Team with your friends or strangers and challenge other Teams!''

But yeah, I don't think it really matters.

Honestly I don't really get the point, it's just a name. People can still call there guild a ''Team'' in their tag. I understand that team sounds more logical for a pokemon game, but what people said before if you think about a team it sounds like a small number.

 

My conclusion: I think it has no added value for the game.
