So I know that the moves are in the game because of Clefairy, however I want to teach the moves to my gothita. She is able to learn the moves only through the tm and I was wondering where I would be able to find the corresponding tutor or tm.

Hello @Mikeyfakes,

 

As already mentioned by Norex are those Gen 8 Moves for Gothitelle while PRO has Gen 7 mechanics. You can check where to find a move and if it is available either here, on ProWiki or you can use our Discord Bot with the command ^info movename. I hope that helped :-)
