resolved Snorlax gone although caught after Server crashed worldwide

I caught Snorlax on Route 12, went back to PokeCenter in Lavender Town and put Snorlax from PC into my team, then I left the PokeCenter and Silver Server disconnected. After relogging I was spawned back at the Snorlax spot, but without a Snorlax. I went back to MyComputer in the PokeCenter to check if it is still there, but it is not. My Pokeballs are gone and my Snorlax that I previously caught is gone as well.

The Snorlax probably wasnt saved yet. When you catch a new pokemon it takes a couple minutes until the pokemon is saved. When the server crashed it probably didnt save your snorlax yet. You can save fresh caught pokemon either by relogging once or with the command /save.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I am afraid Norex is right and you got hit by a Rollback. So the Snorlax was never saved in the Database and can not be restored therefore :-/

 

Lost by crash issues, disconnections and rollback

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose some of your progress Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. you will not be given anything you lost in rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, further action can not be taken for it.

 

You can find a new Snorlax here and I'd recommend to relog after catching an important Poke so it will be forced save.
