Good afternoon, I would like to know what is the minimum of the sum of ivs, of the last pokemon to catch the 3rd legendary bird? We also wanted to know if there is a forecast of change in the future

You need 150+ total IVs for the third legendary bird.

As stated in the Legendary Bird Quest Guide the Babypoke for the last Bird needs at least 150 IVs:

 

There are currently no plans that this will ever change. I hope that helped :-)

ok thanks, I was hoping to be 145+, even though I knew it was 150+. I'm going back to my torture looking for the pokemon. if it had smaller tier it would be better

Haha. I went through that whole thing myself already, so I know the pain. Be sure to do Headbutts on Love Island daily if you have a Transit Pass.
