The easiest fix for this is to place all PRO files in a desktop folder and trying to run it. If it does not work, check if he needs the x32 or x64 version, redownload all files and repeat. If you still have issues, I'd wait for a Staff response :)

In addition to what Bhimoso said: This is sometimes caused when you Anti-Virus blocks / removes the file, so be sure to add an exception for it :-) Please let me know if the Problem is solved.

Thanks a lot it would seem the laptop was the problem so hes useing a new one thanks again
