Hello,

my issue is that I cant enter the Underground in the department store in Goldenrod City. You have to need a pokemon with Sleep Powder or Stun Spore in your team and I have that but the Police Officer Eric doesnt let me pass. I have the Fresh Water, I talked to Raul and Michael multiple times and all that and all I have to do now is to enter the Underground in the department store. I watched a YouTube Video and saw that you get the choice to choose the pokemon with the sleep powder technique. I dont get the choice and so I cant make any progress anymore. Please help me. If any infos are needed, just ask me. My Sleep Powder Pokemon is Butterfree.

It has to be Sleep Powder and Fresh Water. Make both the Underground Policeman fall asleep AND the Goldenrod Department Store B1F policeman fall sleep too. It should allow you to get through it and be able to enter the hidden underground in the B1F Store Floor. Everything else you mentioned is perfectly fine. If you still struggle, wait for a PRO Staff member to answer you, they'll probably have a better answer :)

 

Small EDIT: You have to make the Policeman in the Goldenrod Underground fall asleep when he's right next to the entrance to the Hideout thingy. If you try making him fall asleep in the middle of the Underground it won't work, as everyone would see you making a policeman fall asleep (and would thus call the authorities)

 

When your issue is solved, the correct order for the levers is: A - C - D - F - B - E . You can activate them all in that specific order and ignore all trainers, they're optional. You'll only have to fight with the Director in the final part of the maze. Good luck!
