I was battling Ash Westbrook Boss. After Arcus died by stealth rock the game got stuck. I was not able to do anything. After going to there he is not allowing me to battle him again. Please Solve my this issue. Thanks. My IGN is Tansin

Since I saw this post went unanswered: There's a bug where if a Boss pokemon dies due to hazards upon a switch in, the battle becomes stuck. Sadly, there seems to be no fix as of now. I hope Staff can help you out :)

    Hello @Tansin,

     

    Sorry for the late reply. As Bhimoso said is that a know bug caused by entry Hazards. It should be fixed with the next update. However we reset the cooldown for you, be sure not to use any entry Hazards this time ;-) You can use them again once the next update has arrived. I'll lock this Thread now. Feel free to open a new one if you happen to run into any Problems or have any Questions / Doubts.
