xp bug?

I realized that low level pokemons when winning battles in the cc gain 150k of xp in most battles, however when they are at very high levels this xp hardly reaches 100k, even with ms + xp boost + guild xp, is this a bug?

It's not a bug, it's proportional. The higher leveled your pokemon are, the less levels and exp you gain as you level up more and more. It correlates to your current level and the wild pokemon's level, so it's normal that the gained xp decreases as you go by. If the 150k cap wasn't there, you could probably level a level 10 to 70 in a single battle.
