Is there any other way to get rockyhelmet except in nap island.

As written above, you can purchase rocky helmet from the PvP coin shop with 50 PvP coins.

Additionally, you can purchase them from the NPC inside Historical Site with 500 Artifact Pieces.

    Actually thank you for the answer, I did not remember (or know?) some of the PvP items could be bought with Artifact Pieces. I'll spend more time in excavations :)
